1. Polyglot App or Service - refers to Polyglot mobile application and all applications and websites with domain name tree.software & polyglot.tree.software and its subdomains which allows us to provide the service to the end user operated by the Application Developer and Owner.
2. Application Developer and Owner or Application Developer - refers to the owner of Polyglot App - Robert Breliński
3. User or You - refers to any individual that is using the Service and has reached the age of full legal capacity under the legislation of the country of their citizenship.

General

1. This Privacy Policy explains how Application Developer & Owner ("we", "us" or "our") might collect, use and share your information when you use the Service, such as when you download and use our mobile application or any of other applications of ours that links to this Privacy Policy.
2. Please notice, that we may update our Privacy Policy at any time to reflect our business needs and stay compliant with relevant laws.
3. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information concerning this Privacy Policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Consent

1. By using the Polyglot App, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

Information we collect and use

1. When you visit, use, or navigate to our Service we may process personal information depending on how you interact with it, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.
2. Polyglot App collects only a limited amount of information essentials to provide, improve administer our services, communicate with you, and for security purposes. We collect information that you provide us when you register for the Service and when you participate in activities on the Polyglot App. We only process your information when we have a valid legal reason to do so.
3. Personal information provided directly by you includes email address, username, password, and language preferences (your native language & languages you want to learn). Polyglot App does not process any sensitive personal data and we do not receive any personal information from third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
4. The only data necessary to register an account is your email address. Your email address is only used for registering an account, login account, and recovering your account after the password is lost.
5. Your email address is not published at any time and anywhere in the Polyglot App i.e. during playing games, and sharing data with other users. For those purposes Polyglot App uses a username which is a user identifier (pseudonym), we recommend to do not using your name or email address as a username instead, you can generate a random login name or provide your pseudonym.
6. For a better experience, while using our Service, Polyglot App collects data and statistics about your learning process & progress involved with your activity in the app.
7. The Polyglot App does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, additionally, we use analytics services that collect data about your activity. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone. This data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol IP address, device name & identifier, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using our Service, the time, timezone, and date of your use of the Service, country code and language code of your device and other statistics.
8. We may provide you with the option to register using your existing social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Google, or others. If you choose to register this way, we will collect the information from an external provider according to your consent.
9. Polyglot App may collect the following information if you choose to provide us access permissions. We may request access permissions to certain features from your mobile device including your mobile device's camera, microphone, sensors, storage, social media accounts, and other features if you wish and permit us. If you do not permit particular permissions some features of the Polyglot App will not work.
10. We do not store credit card numbers and payment details or other sensitive payment information. By making payments in Polyglot App you accept the terms of use & privacy policy of payment operators Google Play for Android, see Google Play Terms of Service or App Store for iOS, see App Store Terms & Conditions.

1. You may access, change and delete your personal data provided directly by you through Polyglot App.
2. You can remove your account and all personal information by using the delete account feature available directly in the app, if you have any problem with deleting your account please contact us at polyglot@tree.software.
3. Depending on where you are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information. The easiest way to exercise your rights is by contacting us at polyglot@tree.software.

California privacy rights

1. Users who are California residents are permitted to obtain free-of-charge request once-a-year information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties including names & addresses of third parties in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make a request please contact us at polyglot@tree.software
2. If you are a California resident at the age below 18 and have a registered account in Polyglot App you have a right to request the removal of unwanted data that you post to us. Please contact us at polyglot@tree.software and send us a request to delete your account, including your email address. After email confirmation, your account together with all associated data will be deleted.

1. This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. 2. Polyglot App includes advertisements, by using the Service you accept the Application Developer and third-party providers and partners may place such advertising. These companies may use information about you to provide advertisements about goods and services that interest you.

Children’s Privacy

1. Polyglot App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, We immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us polyglot@tree.software so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

1. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
