Definitions

Polyglot App or Service or app - refers to Polyglot mobile application and all applications and websites with domain name tree.software & polyglot.tree.software and its subdomains which allows us to provide the service to the end user operated by the Application Developer and Owner.
Application Developer and Owner or Application Developer - refers to the owner of Polyglot App - Robert Breliñski
User or You - refers to any individual that is using the Service and has reached the age of full legal capacity under the legislation of the country of their citizenship.

General

These Terms & Conditions specified the general terms and conditions of usage of Polyglot App provided by the Application Developer & Owner (“we”, “us” or “our”) by you (“User”, “you” or “your”) conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By downloading or using the Polyglot App, these Terms & Conditions will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the Polyglot App.
You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.
The Polyglot App, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the Application Developer & Owner.
The Application Developer is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Polyglot App or to charge for the Service, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the Polyglot App without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Polyglot App stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We, therefore, recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Polyglot App won’t work properly or at all.

Polyglot App will require to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but we cannot take responsibility for the app not working partially or at all if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
We endeavor to ensure that Polyglot App is updated and correct at all times, but we do rely on third parties to provide services to us so that we can make Service available to you. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app. The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We may update the app at any time. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. We do not promise that we will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you.
We may also wish to stop providing the Service and may terminate the use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are accessible all the time on the website https://polyglot.tree.software and directly from the Polyglot App.

User account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur on your account. Especially you should keep your credentials (email & password) safe and secure. If you suspect any unauthorized access to the account you should change your password and log in again to the Polyglot App.
We may disable (ban) your account temporarily or delete your account if you violated these Terms & Conditions. We may block your email address and IP address to disallow you to register your account again.
If you decide to delete your account or your account will be blocked temporarily or permanently by the Application Developer (banned) in case of violating these Terms & Conditions you agree that you will receive no refund or exchange of any kind.

Links to Other Sites and Advertising

The Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the terms & conditions of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Polyglot App includes advertisements, by using the Service you accept the Application Developer and third-party providers and partners may place such advertising. These companies may use information about you to provide advertisements about goods and services that interest you.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms & Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page.
These terms and conditions are effective as of 2022-12-01
